We are brand-new to Arizona, and knew we needed a pest control company, but had no idea where to start. Termites? Spiders? Scorpions? Some companies claimed to only treat one or the other, with separate charges for each particular pest. Along came Steve from Vault, who not only spent a great deal of time with us (giving us a wealth of information), but gave us assurance that his treatments would address ALL of these pests, for the same cost that other companies charge for just one of them. A huge weight off our minds, because how would we otherwise know which pests to address, and how? In the few weeks following our first service, we found 15 dead spiders in our pool (that had been living in the fieldstone walls + posts surrounding it). Also on Steve’s first service, he went heavy along the backyard walls (they are extensive, and no small task), because we told him we had an abandoned hot-tub up against one of our walls from an in-process foreclosure next door. This was most appreciated, as our home inspector (a month earlier) called the abandoned tub a “scorpion and spider hotel”. He even put 2 scorpion traps inside our garage door, which we understood was so that they could ascertain whether there were any of these creatures trying to get in! (It got one big one, that we know of!) So our advice to other newbies like us, or established Arizonians, Steve + Missy/Vault Pest Control are the business to go with.

By far the best service we have ever had with pest control! Steve and Missy were simply AWESOME! We have had a major ant problem and my wife has had no luck, neither had the prior pest control company. They explained to us how they go about getting rid of our ants and provided a detailed plan of what they will be doing in the coming months to eradicate them. My wife is so happy as she’s been battling these little guys for a long time. Highly suggest Vault Pest Control!

We called Vault because our neighbors spoke very highly of their services. I called at 9am and they were able to come by 4pm the same day. Steve and Missy recently opened their own pest control company and they really excel in customer service. They both came and went over the plan and were able to give me a great deal on the services. They were familiar with my neighborhood and what kind of tailored pest control we needed. They are very friendly and likable and we highly recommend them!
